Something shifts when you become a father.

Old grief surfaces. The relationship changes. You find yourself asking who you really are — and who you want to become.

Most men navigate this alone. Without a space to say what it's actually been like. Without other men who get it.

This group is that space. A small, intentional circle for men ready to go beneath the surface — to explore fatherhood, identity, relationships, and brotherhood in a container built for real depth.

This open house is a chance to come and feel it for yourself. No commitment required. Just show up and see.

What the group explores.

01 Leadership and masculine identity — who you are beyond your roles.
02 Romantic relationships and intimacy — beyond functional, toward alive.
03 Authentic relating — saying what's true, without holding back.
04 Somatic experience and breathwork — the body knows what the mind avoids.
05 Friendship and brotherhood — the kind of trust most men never had.
06 Buddhist psychology — presence, awareness, basic goodness.

Held by someone who knows this territory.

I'm David Redish — a contemplative psychotherapist trained at Naropa University, grounded in Buddhist psychology and the teachings of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche.

My work integrates somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), gestalt techniques, and depth psychotherapy. I work with men navigating fatherhood, identity, and the deeper questions that tend to surface when life gets real.

I created this group because I believe men need containers where honesty is the practice — where you can actually say what's true and be met with presence, not advice.
