Couples Therapy &
Marriage Counseling in Boulder, CO
You still love each other.
Something just needs attention.
For couples navigating the distance that grows quietly — and ready to find their way back to each other with intention.
Relationships don't break all at once.
They drift — slowly, quietly, until one day you realize how far you've come from each other.
Maybe you're still functional as a team — co-parenting, managing the house, getting through the week. But somewhere in all of it, the two of you got lost.
The conversations that used to come easily now feel loaded. The distance between you isn't hostile — it's just there. And neither of you quite knows how to close it.
Or maybe there was a rupture. A betrayal, a period of disconnection, a season that cost you more than you expected. You're still here — but you need help finding your way back.
Couples therapy isn't about fixing each other. It's about learning how to turn toward each other — even when it's hard.
Whatever brought you here, the fact that you're looking is itself something. Most couples wait longer than they wish they had. I work with couples in person in Boulder and online throughout Colorado — wherever you are, this work is available to you.
You're not alone in this.
These aren't signs your relationship is broken. They're signals it needs attention.

My role isn't to be a referee or to decide who's right. It's to help you both slow down enough to actually hear each other — maybe for the first time in a while.
Most couples in conflict aren't really fighting about what they think they're fighting about. Beneath the surface argument is usually an unmet need, a fear, a wound that hasn't been named. We work at that level.
I draw from attachment theory, nervous system awareness, somatic work, and relational depth — not as a rigid framework, but as tools in service of what your relationship actually needs.
- Emotional patterns — understanding the cycles you keep getting pulled into
- Nervous system co-regulation — learning to settle together, not just individually
- Rupture and repair — moving through hurt without leaving it unresolved
- Intimacy and desire — reclaiming connection that parenthood can quietly erode
- New parents — navigating the specific strain fatherhood and motherhood puts on a partnership
