Every man deserves a space where he doesn’t have to hold it all together. These groups are built for honesty, not perfection. Come as you are—whether you’re tired, angry, overwhelmed, or searching for clarity. Nothing is too much here.

Dad’s Groups
Fatherhood isn’t simple. From coparenting to custody challenges, these groups give dads a place to navigate it all with guidance, accountability, and brotherhood.
Young Men’s Group (Ages 18-22)
A space for young men navigating the leap into adulthood—college, work, relationships, and identity. Here, you’ll find support, brotherhood, and guidance as you step into the man you’re becoming.

Men’s Group 1 - Monday 5:30 - 7 pm (1st and 3rd Monday of the month)

Dad’s Group 1 - Tuesday 5:30 - 7 pm (1st and 3rd Monday of the month)

Young Men’s Group 1 - Thursday 4:30 - 6 pm (1st and 3rd Thursday of the month)
Each group costs $250 a month and meets over Zoom. (I offer sliding scale pricing. Please inquire during your free consultation call.)
