Men's Therapy Groups
in Boulder, CO
Most men are carrying more than anyone around them realizes.
A space to say what's actually true, without performance, without hierarchy, in the company of men willing to do the same.
You have people around you. And still, something goes unsaid.
Most men have never had a space where they could speak honestly about what's actually happening inside them. Not to perform strength. Not to fix anything. Just to say the thing. And have it received.
The friendships are there. The family is there. But the conversations that matter, about identity, about fear, about what fatherhood is really asking, about the gap between who you are and who you thought you'd be. Those conversations rarely happen.
Men heal in the presence of other men who are willing to be honest. Not in isolation. Not just in one-on-one therapy. In community.
These groups are built for depth, not performance. What you say in the room stays in the room. What you discover there goes with you everywhere.
Why a men's group, and not just individual therapy?
Individual therapy is powerful. But there's something that only happens in the presence of other men. The mirror of being seen and recognized. The relief of discovering you're not alone. The accountability of showing up for others, not just yourself.
Real men's work happens in community. In these groups, the group itself becomes the medicine, not just the facilitation.
- Real honesty: not the edited version you give most people
- Accountability: men who notice when you go quiet
- Recognition: the relief of being truly understood
- Practice: learning new relational skills in real time
- Brotherhood: connection that extends beyond the session
