individual therapy
for those looking to change
You Don’t Have to Walk This Path Alone.
Let’s talk about individual therapy
Life can feel heavy. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, shame, relational challenges, identity, grief, or just a sense of being stuck, it's easy to believe you have to “figure it out” on your own. But healing, growth, and clarity often emerge in the presence of another who truly sees you.
In 1 on 1 therapy, you and I create a safe, confidential space to:
Explore what’s going on underneath the surface
Understand patterns that keep you stuck
Develop healthier relationships to yourself and others
Build emotional resilience and internal wisdom
Face life’s challenges with new perspective and support
You don’t need to have all the answers. You don’t need to be “broken.” You just need to bring your full, messy, real self.
Who This Is For
My individual therapy work is a good fit if you:
Are ready to invest in your emotional / mental well-being
Feel stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break
Experience overwhelm, shame, or self-criticism
Have relational wounds, difficult internal voices, or trauma to heal
Want someone who listens deeply, challenges you gently, and walks beside you
Prefer a private, tailored approach over group settings
