Guided Meditation for Integration

You don't need to know how to meditate.

This is a short, guided practice — meaning you'll be led through it step by step. There's nothing to figure out, no right way to do it. Just a few minutes to slow down and arrive in your own body.

Most people who find this practice are carrying something — stress, disconnection, a low-level hum of anxiety that won't quite settle. This isn't a solution to that. It's a moment of pause in the middle of it.

If you find it helpful, it's here whenever you need it. If it opens something you'd like to explore further — I'm here for that too.

Find a quiet spot

Headphones help. A few minutes where you won't be interrupted is enough.

Sit or lie down

Whatever lets your body settle. There's no posture requirement here.

No experience needed

If your mind wanders, that's normal. Just return when you notice.

Take your time after

Give yourself a minute before jumping back in. Let it land.

If this opened something,
there's more available.

Learning to regulate is the first step. Learning to relate from that place — in your relationships, your parenting, your sense of self — is the deeper work. If you're curious about that next layer, let's talk.
